Validity and Activation

• Activation Deadline : eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.

• Plan Validity : This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or more days, please purchase a new eSIM plan. You will receive a new QR code and can install it at any time.

• Refund and Change Policy : This product is a virtual product. Once sold, no refund, cancellation or exchange will be accepted for any reason.

• Data management : To avoid rapid depletion of high-speed data usage, we recommend disabling automatic updates and cloud backup for mobile apps.

Installation and Configuration Guide

• iOS : Go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM and scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

• Android : Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM Cards > Add eSIM and scan the QR code.

  • Note: The configuration path may vary slightly between different phone brands. If you have any questions, please refer to your phone's manual.

Important Reminder

• When to install : A QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Install the eSIM when you're ready to use it . Your plan will automatically activate and start counting days once the eSIM is connected to a supported network.

• Risk of premature activation : If your current location is within the coverage area of ​​this eSIM, it may be activated immediately after installation, even if you have not yet arrived at your primary destination.

• Data roaming : Please make sure to enable data roaming in your phone settings to connect to the Internet.

• Network speed : 5G service availability depends on your location's network coverage and your device specifications. If there's no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
